Mentor Match Program

The Mentor Match Program is designed to connect undergraduates with vetted alumni in similar fields who are committed to guiding young men on their journey toward success. Through this program, students gain valuable access to professionals who provide insight, encouragement, and real-world experience to help them reach their full potential.

For Mentees: Undergraduates complete a brief profile highlighting their interests, career goals, and availability. This profile allows us to match them with mentors whose experience and background align with their aspirations.
For Mentors: Professionals volunteer their time and experience, sharing knowledge about education, careers, leadership, and life skills. Mentors complete a short profile so we can align them with the right mentee.
Matching Process: Using shared interests, availability, and goals, mentors and mentees are paired to build meaningful relationships.

The Achievement Academy is designed to enhance the social, professional, and leadership experiences of the collegiate members in the Fraternity. The vehicle by which this is to be accomplished is through the development of vibrant mentoring and coaching opportunities that empower and enhance their agency. Our central focus is to ensure retention and graduation of our members while fostering an understanding of the steps necessary that lead to advanced degree opportunities and successful transition toward their career paths.

Content is delivered through multiple engaging formats to support learning, mentorship, and leadership development. Students can access materials both in-person and online depending on the program schedule and their needs.

Both. The Achievement Academy offers in-person sessions and virtual workshops/seminars that cover leadership development, professional skills, academic strategies, time management, and career planning. These workshops are interactive, often including group discussions, breakout activities, and Q&A sessions.

Students are paired with mentors for one-on-one guidance or small group coaching. Mentors help with goal setting, academic strategies, career planning, and personal development. Peer mentoring opportunities are also available to foster collaborative learning.

The Achievement Academy provides digital libraries including PDFs, slides, templates, guides, recommended readings, eBooks, and toolkits such as resume templates and interview prep materials.
